30-day money-back guarantee
If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of your order's arrival and get full refund. To start the return process, simply email us support@waterlift.eco with your order number, and we’ll send you a return label. We always want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase.
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund minus a return shipping label fee ($7.00 flat rate). The refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method. If you don’t see it after 15 business days, please contact us at support@waterlift.eco.
100% faucet fit guarantee (extended return window)
If your filter doesn’t fit perfectly, just let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send you the right adapter or missing part free of charge.
From the moment you receive that part, you’ll still have 14 days to try it out and decide. If it works for you — great. If not, you can return it for a refund, no questions asked. With Waterlift, you’ll never be stuck with a product that doesn’t fit — we’ll always make it right or give your money back. Example: Your order arrives on June 1. You tell us on June 10 that the filter doesn’t fit. We send you an adapter, and you receive it on June 20. From June 20, you get another 14 days to decide if you want to return the product.
If you don’t notify us of any fitting issues within the first 14 days after delivery, your order will still be covered by our standard 30-day return policy, but without the extended faucet fit guarantee.
Non-refundable items
We do not accept returns of used and opened filter cartridges. We also do not accept returns for reshipped, resent, and replacement orders. These orders void the return window on the original order.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- Shipping and handling charges, shipping insurance, and taxes paid are non-refundable.
- For orders outside the US, return shipping to the US is at the expense of the customer.
- If your returned product is incomplete (like if it’s missing parts or pieces), Waterlift reserves the right to refuse the refund.
- In the case that a customer wants to return a part of a discounted bundle, the full price of the remaining bundle parts will be deducted from the total refund.
- Waterlift is not responsible for personal property accidentally or intentionally included in returned orders.
Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Subscriptions must be canceled at a minimum of 3 days prior to billing. Email support@waterlift.eco for assistance.
Orders cannot be canceled automatically once placed. If you'd like to request a cancellation, email us at support@waterlift.eco as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but if the order is already in processing, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you don’t hear from us within one business day, your order is likely already being fulfilled. In that case, you can still return it after delivery — see our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
